A few weeks ago Mordechai Shapiro announced a new single to come out for Chanukah. When Chanukah came around, and the song didn’t come out – many were wondering why. Mordy had announced the single for Chanukah, and a Chanukah song would usually be released right at the beginning of Chanukah.
Mordy recently released the Abba single and music video, and is gearing up for his 4th album which is scheduled to come out at the end of December.

Jewish Hock got hold of the clip where Mordy announced the new single, and it seems the single isn’t a new Chanukah song. Mordy says in the video he has a new song coming out for Chanukah, but that doesn’t mean it’s a Chanukah song.
We don’t know for sure what the story with the new single is, but our guess is it was delayed and we think it’ll come out any day now.
