Former Vice President Mike Pence has officially opened a transition office in Virginia. The office of the former Vice President will take care of all statements amongst other things. Pence and his wife are currently living in Virgina and may move back to Indiana where Pence was Governor prior to becoming VP for the summer.
This comes just after Former President Donald J. Trump announced he was opening the office of the former president in Florida where he is staying.
The US Government provides offices for former Presidents and Vice Presidents for up to 6 months after they leave office.
